I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1977. My first experiences with photography came when I was 8 when my parents gave me an Olympus Trip 35 which I still have with me. 21 years later, my interest returned when I got and old Rolleiflex from my uncle who was a photographer.
Since then, I've been working exclusively with film using medium and large format cameras, including homemade pinholes.
